Liquid cement screeds are now applied in a similar way to anhydrite, often laid to the same thicknesses.

Cementitious liquid screeds still offer the same advantages; self-compacting, quick to apply and highly compatible with underfloor heating systems. Whilst slightly more expensive in material costs, cement based screeds are quicker to dry and can be tiled with little to no surface preparation.

Super Slim

Cement screeds can be applied at depths as thin as 35mm, or 45mm with underfloor heating pipes installed. This is particularly great for saving on material costs, or where the finished floor level is particularly challenging.

Faster Drying

Cement liquid screeds can be fully dry in just two to three weeks, which can be helpful in speeding up overall project completion to keep everything running smoothly. Even better; it should withstand foot traffic after just 24 hours.

UFH Compatible

All liquid screeds are particularly suited to underfloor heating systems due to the way the liquid fully envelopes the pipes, thereby eliminating air spaces in the floor. This enhances heat transfer, particularly when the screed has minimal depth.
